Take the circumference of your forearm and your lower bicep, and choose the size that best fits both measurements

Care Guide

Hand washing is recommended with a mild detergent, allow the sleeves to air dry. Washing machines and dryers can damage the sleeve by causing the sleeve to lose its elasticity or shrinking.
